President Mnangagwa Calls for Unity and Patriotism to Drive National Development

President Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa, the First Secretary of ZANU PF, has urged Zimbabweans to embrace unity, discipline, and patriotism as key pillars for national progress.
Speaking at the 381st Ordinary Session of the Politburo held at ZANU PF Headquarters, he emphasized that Zimbabwe’s development depends on collective effort and commitment from all citizens.
He called on party members to remain focused and work harder as the country moves toward the next ZANU PF Conference. He stressed that indiscipline and distractions could derail progress.
“We are approaching the halfway mark before our next Conference, and this calls for greater zeal, focus, and hard work from every party member. It is only through unity that we can fulfill our plans and successfully tackle the major tasks ahead.”
President Mnangagwa reaffirmed ZANU PF’s resilience, stating that the party continues to deliver despite challenges, threats, and risks. He praised Zimbabweans for their unwavering spirit and urged them to protect the growing culture of solidarity and patriotism.
“Our revolutionary party has consistently demonstrated its ability to deliver, even under difficult circumstances. The unity and resilience of our people, both at home and abroad, remain our greatest strength.”
He also encouraged Zimbabweans to remain committed to Vision 2030, highlighting that loyalty, unity, and patriotism are essential in achieving national goals.
“With unity and patriotism, no hurdle is insurmountable. Let us inspire confidence and work together for the realization of Vision 2030.”
