ZANU PF National Political Commissar Cde Mike Bimha says the Party is well-oiled for the 2023 Harmonized Elections.

Speaking in an interview this Thursday afternoon, Cde Bimha noted that after undergoing a whole elective year, the Party was indirectly preparing itself to garner votes for a resounding victory in this year’s elections.

“We are very much well-oiled. The mere fact that we underwent a full year of elections, restructuring and structuring, indirectly we were oiling our machine,” Cde Bimha said.

“We have set up structures, newly elected youth throughout the structures, newly elected women, newly elected war veterans structures right through from our Party districts to the National Executive and all those people are rearing to go.

“It’s their first year in office and they also want to make a big contribution. They have also either now undergone orientation and induction programmes that is for the youth and we are doing the same for the women and war veterans, commissars and throughout our structures. We are having Train the Trainer programmes throughout our structures. We have very vibrant affiliates around us. We have the returnees coming from MDC, CCC and all this is an indication that we are now really pulling the same direction. So we are ready and our focus at the moment is making sure that our people are registered to vote.”
