Philanthropist gets an overwhelmingly cheerful welcome
1 min readUK- based philanthropist and ZANU-PF member, Barbara Nyagomo-Chakabva yesterday received joyous welcome, songs were sang about her as she entered her village home in Makoni North.
Being the daughter of Sabhuku Nyagomo, Nyagomo- Chakabva has changed lives of many in her ancestral homes through her organisation, Barbara Nyagomo Foundation.
Dilapidated structures coming back to life, empowerment projects are already rolling in the area since last year and milestones are being reached in Makoni North.
The cheering committee had only good things to say about Chakabva as their way of living has improved and will continue to improve.
Sabhuku Austin Nyagomo expressed his gratitude for what his daughter was doing.

Arikutora mari muhomwe make kuti aite development munharaunda muno…”, he said with eyes shining with pride.
Today, all the projects will be reviewed as Chakabva is meeting with the beneficiaries of all these projects.
