SANCTIONS HAVE MADE US INNOVATIVE: PRESIDENT MNANGAGWA

President and First Secretary of ZANU PF Cde E.D Mnangagwa says the illegally imposed sanctions on Zimbabwe have made the country innovative and more aggressive in finding solutions to local problems.
The illegal sanctions imposed over a decade ago have not only altered the lives of the people but ensured a tougher people working harder to solve their problems.
Speaking during a rally in Epworth over the weekend, President Mnangagwa said there were those that had predicted that Zimbabweans would be wiped out by the deadly COVID-19 pandemic but alas the country is making significant strides in containing it.
“They thought we would perish because we have sanctions, but we sat down and put our resources together. We are making strides. I want you to know medication is available for your first, second, third and forth doses if you want. Go and get vaccinated.”

We commissioned a plant in Mutare and the medical oxygen they are producing has international certification and our passed with flying colours at 99 percent when the international standard 95 percent.”
Verify Engineering is producing 50 tonnes of medical oxygen a day and the country needs 150 tonnes of medical oxygen per month. This means that in three days we are able to produce enough for the month so that
