VOTE FOR CHAMISA AT YOUR OWN PERIL: DR NKOSANA MOYO

Alliance for the People’s Agenda (APA) 2018 presidential candidate Dr Nkosana Moyo says voting for MDC’s Nelson Chamisa would be at one’s own peril.

Dr Moyo said this on a video shared by Jamwanda on his Twitter page in which the former points out that Chamisa has no leadership qualities and is clueless.

The MDC camp is currently in disarray with numerous members crossing over to ZANU PF citing that Party’s lack of ideology. While the Zambian election outcome seemed to breathe some kind of life to the camp, the misguided leader continues to misfire even with the clear writing on the wall that his masters have warmed up to ZANU PF and are willing to work with its leadership.

“I don’t think he has the skills of what my country requires. I have just articulated what I think a leader in our country should understand. Our leader has to understand how an economy works above all I don’t believe that Chamisa has got that understanding, I am sorry. If he did, I would join MDC and support him,” Dr Moyo said.

“Democracy is beautiful because you are free to vote for him but I personally would not vote for him because I genuinely do not believe that somebody who does not understand the intricases of finace which lead directly into how you support investment, what creates confidence and credibility can get us out of the mess we are in, so I wouldn’t.”

Also writing on Twitter, Jamwanda noted that “WHAT BITI WON’T TELL YOU: Recently Biti was told by UK Ambassador to Zimbabwe that Britain is set to normalise relations with Zimbabwe, & that the opposition will have to reconcile itself to the hard fact of a Britain that is prepared to work with a ZANU-PF Govt, post elections! Meanwhile on the other side of the Atlantic, President Biden will share a virtual platform with President Mnangagwa to discuss US Policy on ending COVID-19 global threat. Harare already has an invite to this pre-UNGA Summit which US says is for friends of America!! #Reengagement!”
