Scores of Mahwindi4ED members who thronged the ZANU PF Headquarters this afternoon sang revolutionary songs as they met with Party leadership in their quest to identify themselves with the winning team.
With a target to recruit numerous men and women in their field, the members were told to be recreational in order to thrive and survive in the country.
Speaking during the meeting, Secretary for the War Veterans League Cde Douglas K Mahiya noted that the President and First Secretary of ZANU PF Cde E.D Mnangagwa is determined to ensure locals rule their country.
“We want you to improve your lives and be successful by identifying the opportunities ZANU PF is availing to you. There is no section of society that doesn’t know its own people,” Cde Mahiya said.
“You must survive during these difficult times by placing yourself in the right place. You must be recreational in order to make an impact and rule because President Mnangagwa says nyika inotongwa nevene vayo. Your behaviour should show ubuntu/hunhu and instill discipline in yourself and others.”
