ZANU PF Acting Deputy Secretary for Youth Affairs Cde Tendai Chirau said youths should stay away from drugs and any other such dangerous substances. Cde Chirau said this during an interface with the people of Ward 33 in Zvimba, Mashonaland West where he was drumming up support for ZANU PF’s candidates in the upcoming by-elections
Cde Elijah Makiha will represent ZANU PF in Ward 33, Zvimba on the 26th March by-elections
Cde Chirau who has been on the campaign trail for party candidates around the country told the youths to be productive and stay away from drugs
“Our President Cde ED Mnangagwa has been urging youths and the whole country to be productive for us to attain Vision 2030 and that’s the message we are bringing to Ward 33 that it’s you who are responsible for ensuring that Ward 33 develops, it’s you who are responsible for the development of the country. Cde Chirau donated soccer jerseys and soccer balls to the youths in Ward 33
“These soccer balls and jerseys are for you to interact and enjoy during your extracurricular activities and ensure that you shun drugs” Cde Chirau added
“Production, production, production is the key to our development” concluded Cde Chirau
